RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED FOR:
• Sale items
• We are unable to offer refunds - but girl *don't stress* we can offer you a store credit as long as the item is returned before the 30 days is up and the item is in perfect condition with all original labels and tags still attached.
• To return an item for store credit or size exchange within the 30 day policy the item MUST be in original condition including all original tags still attached, must be unworn or unused and have THE ORIGINAL receipt when returning the item. Showing proof of purchase on internet banking is not valid.
• If you are returning an item via post you will need to pay for return shipping at your own cost. Please contact us if you wish to exchange item for another size as we can hold the item for you. This HAS to be organised prior to posting the item back to ensure we have another size available.
• If you wish to post the item back for a store credit. Then you will need to email: email@example.com to arrange this before posting the item back. If the item is damaged upon arrival then photographs will need to be received. Store credit will not be issued until customer has emailed and discussed this and we have received the product back in its original condition with all labels and tags still attached.
• Keep a copy of your tracking number for your return. While we do all we can to ensure your return makes it back to us safe and sound, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
• Our products are very precious to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Items that are not in their original condition, will be returned back to you.
